PVC tubes and profiles for industrial components
We are Premier Plasmotec Private Limited, an Indian plastics manufacturer with engineering, tooling, production and inspection teams. Our published process scope includes PVC tube and profile extrusion. Faridabad’s documented process range includes extrusion; the production location and current operating range are confirmed against the proposed section and application.

Does the part need extrusion or moulding?
Extrusion produces a continuous section that can be supplied or cut as required. A discrete component with local features may need a different route. If your enquiry says PVC moulding, describe the finished part and include its drawing so we can distinguish tube or profile extrusion from cavity-moulded PVC parts.
Our public combined process page also covers thermoset compression moulding. That is a separate material and process discussion. This page focuses on PVC extrusion so the buyer can define a section without mixing the requirements of unrelated processes.

Define the section and supplied length
Provide the full cross-section, critical dimensions and tolerance requirements. Identify the surfaces or features that fit another component, seal, locate or carry load. Specify the delivered form, cut length, end condition and any forming, joining or finishing operations after extrusion.
Include the measurement condition where it matters to acceptance. A soft or flexible section can be distorted during handling or measurement, so agree the method and reference condition rather than comparing uncontrolled readings. If a sample defines fit or flexibility, identify its revision and explain which properties it governs.
Specify the material for the application
State the approved PVC compound or material requirement, colour, flexibility or hardness requirement where defined, and relevant restrictions. Explain the working environment and any fluid, temperature, outdoor or electrical requirements that drive material selection. Do not substitute a resin-family name for a customer-approved compound specification.
If the grade has not been selected, separate that development decision from a firm production quotation. Ask the engineering team what information is needed to review alternatives and what evidence would be required before a proposed material is accepted.
Die design, processing and completion
The die and downstream route should be reviewed against the required section, material and delivered condition. Premier’s published extrusion process describes die review, material preparation, process control, completion and inspection. The details need to be agreed for the profile rather than inferred from the existence of extrusion equipment.
Identify the dimensions and appearance features that are checked during production, the cutting or completion requirements and the traceability expected at dispatch. If the section is assembled elsewhere, include the mating-part data and any handling precautions needed to preserve its intended fit.
Prepare the supplier review
Send the section drawing, compound specification, supplied length or form, annual and peak demand, application, critical characteristics, packaging and target dates. Explain whether you need a new die, an existing-die transfer or a part-and-process feasibility discussion.
Our automotive company history includes publicly recorded delivery, quality and supply-chain recognition. It does not establish approval for an unrelated PVC application. For your section, agree the dimensional, appearance and functional evidence required, and confirm the current production envelope and supply scope before release.
